I'm 28, I live in Saint Pete, and I'm obsessed with two things: EDM and fitness. I grew up around the gym since my dad body-built, competed in NPC Bikini in 2023 and got certified so I could help like minded people. I want you feeling good and looking good for the events we live for.

I've done the extreme stuff. Stage lean isn't sustainable, and you shouldn't have to choose between your goals and your social life. My coaching is built to fit around your shows, not fight them.

For sure. Every plan is built to your level and your schedule, so we start where you're at and build from there.
Never. The whole point is fitting your goals around your life. We plan for the shows, the drinks, and the festival weekends so you stay on track without missing out.
No. Stage-lean isn't sustainable and I don't coach that way for lifestyle clients. Flexible macros, real food, festival-friendly meals.
